Minto Apartments has partnered with Parity and installed an AI system for the building automation system at Minto Yorkville (downtown Toronto) as part of an ongoing pilot project! The AI system will “learn” how the Minto Yorkville building operates to make the systems much more energy efficient. The system will also use the weather forecast to better manage the heating and cooling demand in the building.
